We never recommend skating in the rain, it'll ruin your skateboard and make the park slippery and dangerous. If it's raining on the day of your booked lesson one of our instructors will be in contact with you to reschedule at no charge.

*If you have to cancel or reschedule your booked lesson
please give at least 12 hours notice by contacting us at
skatesupport@drivewayskateshop.com

Failure to do so will result in a $15 charge, thank-you.*

Lesson will take place at the Gellert Skatepark

10241 8 Line, Halton Hills, ON L7G 4S5

The gellert skatepark has smaller features perfect for starting out and learning the basics.

If you have symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive for covid-19 please refrain from booking a lesson until you have a negative test result and the proper quarantine period has been completed.

What You'll Need

a Skateboard

Skateboards come in all shapes and sizes, we recommend investing in a Standard skateboard. Penny boards and longboards help with learning balance but are mainly used to get from point a to point b.

STANDARd decks are pressed with tricks in mind and are purposefully manufactureD to absorb impact, and last longer. WE'll always have an extra board with US aswell if you don't have your own.
