Thomas and Nick Morley are two brothers born and raised in Georgetown, Ontario. They started "Driveway Skateshop" to help give back to the community and support the Canadian skateboarding scene. With the addition of the Gellert skatepark built in 2019, the need for a proper Skateshop in town arose and Thomas and Nick jumped to the occasion.
Driveway Skateshop is focused on supporting and growing the skateboarding community within the Town of Halton Hills. Operating since April of 2020 we've been able to host multiple giveaways, skateboarding events, and introduce hundreds of youth within the community into the sport.
Public skateparks can be intimidating for beginners. Our goal is to create a positive environment to give everybody the opportunity to feel welcome and comfortable to learn.
Driveway Skateshop is a Mobile storefront serving The Town of Halton Hills.
Starting in the midst of a pandemic meant we had to adapt. Our solution?: Go Mobile. We are working with the Town of Halton Hills to sell directly at our local skateparks and deliver "driveway" to "driveway".
